We VAR trading strategies.
Like the video referee in football, Quant VAR pulls the tape back on a trading strategy. We take a rule that people teach online, test it on historical market data with trading costs included, and report what the numbers show, including when the result is weak or negative.
What we publish
Short videos, each checking one strategy: the exact rules, how many trades and years were tested, the result after costs, how it compares with random entries, and whether it holds on data the rules were not built on.
